PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLANS
A regularly maintained HVAC system helps keep your home environment safe and comfortable. It’s strongly recommended that your system should be checked and serviced twice a year. Typically, manufacturers that offer 10 year parts warranties require proof of maintenance in order to validate warranty claims.
A preventative maintenance plan will extend the service life of your HVAC system. Over time, your HVAC system will experience buildup of dirt and debris which affects efficiency and performance. This leads to an increase in energy usage as your system begins to get overburdened and a decrease in overall effectiveness. The most common issues that often occur are dirty flame sensors, clogged filters, sooty burners and faulty thermostats. Regularly scheduled maintenance can identify and prevent these issues thus minimizing the chances of unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs.
The following services we offer takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to complete by a licensed gas technician.
