ATTIC / CRAWLSPACE ACCESS
Additional access time may apply.
An additional surcharge of $149 + HST applies where attic or crawlspace ductwork requires additional access and cleaning time.

SERVICE DAYS
Monday–Friday Service
Our regular air duct cleaning service days are Monday through Friday. We do not currently schedule weekend duct-cleaning appointments.
ASSESSMENT
$199 Assessment / Truck Fee
If our technicians attend, determine that the HVAC system does not require remediation and you choose not to proceed, a $199 + tax assessment/truck fee applies.
LARGER HOMES
More Time May Be Required
Homes over approximately 3,000 sq. ft., homes with more than 26 supply vents or systems with difficult access may require additional service time.
HIGH VELOCITY
Call Before Booking
If your home has small circular supply outlets rather than conventional registers, call us first. Your system may not require conventional duct cleaning.
PARKING
Toronto Parking Access
If street parking is restricted, you may need a temporary City of Toronto parking permit. Contact us if parking may be an issue.
ACCESS
Equipment Needs a Clear Path
Our service equipment needs reasonable access from the service vehicle to the furnace or air handler. Tell us about stairs, long runs or difficult access before booking.

What does your Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
If we determine that additional cleaning is required because part of the HVAC system was missed or improperly remediated during our original service, DAVESDUCTS will return and make it right.
How often should residential ductwork be cleaned?
The appropriate interval depends on HVAC-system condition, renovations, pets, occupancy and other environmental factors. Under normal living conditions, repeat cleaning should not normally be required frequently.
What if I am not sure my ducts actually need cleaning?
Call us before booking. We would rather help determine whether cleaning is appropriate than sell a service your home does not need.
Do I need to arrange parking in Toronto?
Our equipment needs reasonable access to your property. If street parking is restricted, you may need to arrange a temporary parking permit with the City of Toronto.
