WHAT THE SERVICE CALL COVERS
A service call starts with diagnosis.
The starting rate covers the initial visit and diagnostic process appropriate to the equipment and concern. Required repairs, replacement parts and additional labour are priced separately where applicable.

Additional parts, repair labour or system work are completed only after the scope and pricing are authorized.

Inspection pricing is scope-based.
Camera inspections and HVAC investigations vary in price depending on the area of concern, system accessibility and the amount of investigation required.
Targeted Inspection
For a specific duct, component, concealed area or known concern where the inspection scope is relatively clear.
HVAC Consultation
For airflow, comfort, ductwork or mechanical-system problems requiring a broader system-level investigation.

No. These are starting diagnostic and service-call rates. Final pricing depends on the equipment, diagnosis, required parts, labour and repair scope.
Are repairs included in the service-call rate?
No. The starting service-call rate covers the initial visit and diagnostic process. Repairs, replacement parts and additional labour are priced separately unless specifically included.
Is there an additional charge for after-hours service?
Yes. The current rate card adds $100 to the applicable starting service-call rate for qualifying after-hours appointments.
Is there an additional charge for condo service calls?
Yes. The current rate card adds $100 to the applicable starting service-call rate for condo service appointments.
What if my equipment is not listed?
Contact DAVESDUCTS with the equipment type, model if available and a description of the issue. We can determine the appropriate service-call category or consultation scope.
Can DAVESDUCTS service equipment it installs?
Yes. DAVESDUCTS services, repairs and maintains the HVAC, hydronic and related mechanical systems within our service capabilities, including equipment we install.
Can DAVESDUCTS service equipment installed by another contractor?
Yes. DAVESDUCTS can diagnose and repair applicable HVAC and hydronic equipment installed by other contractors, subject to equipment type, condition, parts availability and serviceability.
