Are these fixed repair prices?
No. These are starting diagnostic rates. Repair pricing depends on the diagnosis, parts, labour and approved scope.
Are repairs included in the diagnostic rate?
No. Repairs, parts and additional labour are separate unless specifically stated.
Do after-hours and condo appointments cost more?
Yes. Each qualifying category has an additional $100 charge plus applicable tax. Contact us to confirm which charges apply to your appointment.
What if my equipment isn’t listed?
Send us the equipment type, model if available, and a description of the issue so we can identify the appropriate service category.
Can you repair equipment installed by another contractor?
Yes, for applicable HVAC and hydronic systems, subject to equipment condition, parts availability and serviceability.
