DEFICIENCY REPORTING
Cleaning can reveal mechanical problems that should not be ignored.
When access exposes deficiencies outside the cleaning scope, DAVESDUCTS can document them for the owner or facility representative. The objective is to distinguish contamination that should be cleaned from mechanical defects that require repair.
Damaged or Disconnected Ductwork

Moisture or Drainage Concerns
Visible water, drainage issues or evidence of recurring moisture should be investigated before simply cleaning the affected area.
