CONSIDER THIS: We will need the shortest distance from our vehicle to your furnace. Please make sure there is adequate space for us to bring our equipment from our vehicle to your furnace. A side door or walk-out would be ideal; however we can also navigate a basement staircase provided it is at least 25″ wide. If your basement staircase is NOT at least 25″ wide; please let us know – additional concessions will need to be made.
