    AEROSEAL DUCT SEALING

Aeroseal is a patented breakthrough technology that tackles duct leaks from the inside out. The Aeroseal process puts escaping air under pressure and causes polymer particles to stick first to the edges of a leak, then to each other until the leak is completely sealed.

    GAS LINE INSTALLATION

Installation of Natural Gas or Propane Gas Lines for BBQs, Pool Heaters, Stoves, Gas Fireplaces, Furnaces and Water Heaters must be done by Licensed G2 Technicians. We can install gas lines with manifolds with your building needs in mind!

    HRV & HEPA FILTER CLEANING

HRVs bring fresh air from outdoors into your home and then your HEPA filters that air so that your furnace can help recirculate clean air into your home.  Through proper maintenance of these key components, you will ensure that you prolong the life of these parts so they can function properly like the way they were designed.

    DRYER REPAIRS, INSTALLATION

When your dryer has flex behind drywall or isn’t venting properly you should consider replacing the concealed flex with rigid duct and re-routing so that your dryer can vent properly!  Flex duct behind drywall is a safety hazard.

    CONDO & TOWNHOUSE SERVICES

Condos and townhomes are sometimes very particular about how their respective HVAC systems are assessed, cleaned and restored. In order to verify that your entire condo or townhome dryer vent exhaust/fans and HVAC system are fully cleaned, we provide before/after and camera views to provide every homeowner with that extra peace of mind! We have state of the art portable equipment to service homes that do not have immediate access to parking.

  • AIR DUCT CLEANING

Air duct cleaning is the cleaning of various heating and cooling system components of forced air systems, including the supply and return air ducts and registers, grilles and diffusers, heat exchangers heating and cooling coils, condensate drain pans (drip pans), fan motor and fan housing, and the air handling unit housing.

    SANITIZING & DEODORIZING

Ductwork runs throughout an entire house and is a main component of your ventilation system. Naturally, it is important to keep these ducts clean and sanitized to prevent the spread of germs and spores through the air. Mold is the primary concern with ducts, as it can easily build up in these isolated areas and can be tough to eradicate.

    RED TAG

You may have received a red tag due to a discovered gas leak, insufficient return air for proper combustion, inadequate clearances, improper installation of your gas fired appliance, gas pipe and tubing in a return air vent and other deficiencies etc.  It is the responsibility of the licensed gas fitter to advise what the code violation is and it is your responsibility to have it rectified accordingly.

    DRYER VENT CLEANING

Cleaning dryer vents is crucial for preventing fires and carbon monoxide poisoning. Lint buildup can cause the dryer to ignite, while clogged vents can lead to dangerous carbon monoxide back-ups. Regular maintenance improves dryer efficiency, reducing energy bills and extending the dryer’s lifespan.

    FURNACE & AC CLEANING

Our advanced cleaning methods could help reduce your energy costs and improve the performance of your entire heating and cooling system. As a NADCA certified duct cleaner, we are responsible for cleaning everything the air stream touches. Per manufacturer’s recommendations, furnace tune-ups should be done annually (prior to heating season) in order to ensure proper and safe operation of your furnace.  In most cases, annual tune-ups validate manufacturer’s warranties up to 10 years (for parts) if it’s properly serviced.

  • CENTRAL VAC CLEANING

When was the last time you emptied the dirt canister or replaced the bags? Also, when was the last time you changed the filters? Remember, part of the benefit of central vacuuming is cleaner air, and you need a clean filter to obtain this benefit.
